I CAME IN WITH ZERO KNOWLEDGE ON ANY OF THE THERMS USED (ROPE GRAB, LANYARD), SO A REALLY BASIC RUN OVER WOULD BE GOOD. HOWEVER, WHENEVER I ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS, IT WAS ALL VERY CLEARLY EXPLAINED (WITHOUT MAKING ME FEEL STUPID). THE QUALITY OF THE INSTRUCTING WAS EXCELLENT. I LEARNED SO MANY THINGS THAT I CAN DEFINITELY APPLY, PLUS I WAS NEVER BORED. REALLY GOOD REAL LIFE EXAMPLES WERE PROVIDED AND SEEING THE ACTUAL EQUIPMENT REALLY HELPED. THANKS!
